Agent Promo Kit, an Orbit17 product, is a per-use marketing production tool for real-estate professionals. By creating an account or purchasing a Listing Campaign you agree to these terms.
Your account
A free account is required to create a Listing Campaign. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity on your account. The account is free: it is not a subscription, trial, or recurring charge, and campaigns saved to it do not expire.
What you are buying
A Listing Campaign for one property, priced at $19.99 as a one-time payment. It includes three Launch Kit versions, three Open House event mini-kits, one Just Sold mini-kit, saved property information, photographs and branding, and unlimited re-downloads. Additional open house events are available as a $5 one-time add-on that adds three more events. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no credit balance.
How allowances are counted
Allowances are tracked per campaign and are granted only after your payment is confirmed. Generating a new set of AI copy or a new treatment consumes one version of that kit type. Correcting typos in generated copy, re-rendering, and re-downloading assets you already generated do not consume an allowance. Allowances are tied to the campaign they were purchased for and are not transferable between campaigns or accounts.
Your content and your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the property facts and photographs you supply, and for having the rights to use them. You retain ownership of what you upload, and you may use the assets Agent Promo Kit produces for you in your marketing. Generated copy and assets are drafts for your review. You must review every asset for accuracy and compliance before publishing, advertising, or submitting it to an MLS.
No compliance guarantee
Agent Promo Kit applies automated screening for discriminatory and risky language, and instructs its generator to use only the facts you provide. This screening is a helpful aid, not legal advice. Agent Promo Kit does not guarantee legal, MLS, brokerage, or Fair Housing compliance, and disclaims liability for published materials.
Refunds
Because each kit is generated on demand, sales are final once generation begins on a campaign. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a kit, contact us and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
Do not use Agent Promo Kit to produce misleading advertising, to misrepresent a property, or to produce materials that violate Fair Housing law or your brokerage policies. We may suspend an account used for these purposes.
Availability and changes
We may improve or change templates, generators, and features over time. Assets you have already generated remain as they were produced. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
