Your account
Creating a Listing Campaign requires a free account. You sign up with an email address and password. We store your email address, your sign-in identifiers, and the campaigns you create. The account is free and does not create a subscription.
What we store for your campaigns
Your agent branding (name, brokerage, title, phone, email, website, license details, logo, headshot, and brand colors), your property information, optional open house and just sold details, your uploaded photographs, and the copy and finished assets generated for each campaign are saved to your account so you can leave a draft and come back, and re-download your campaign at any time.
Who can see it
Campaign data, photographs, and generated assets are private to your account. Access is enforced at the database and file-storage level, and photographs and assets are served through short-lived links issued only to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use your listings for advertising.
What is sent for generation
When you generate a kit, the property facts you entered, your open house or just sold details, and your agent name and brokerage are sent to our AI provider to produce the written copy. Your photographs are not sent to the AI provider — they are only cropped and placed into your assets. Generated content is not used to train models.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Agent Promo Kit never sees or stores your card details. We keep a purchase record — the Stripe payment identifier, product purchased, amount, currency, status, and timestamps — so we can verify what a campaign is entitled to. Your purchase is linked to your account.
Retention and deletion
Campaigns are kept so you can return to them, and do not expire. You can delete a campaign from your dashboard, which removes its property information, photographs, and generated assets. To delete your account and everything in it, contact us. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your progress in the campaign wizard. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to operate the service: our hosting and database platform (account, campaign data, photograph, and asset storage), our AI provider (copy generation), and Stripe (payments).
